You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your sauna product.

Eligibility

A return is accepted if:

  • Item is unused
  • In original condition
  • Includes manuals & accessories
  • Original packaging intact

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used sauna items
  • Hygiene-related products
  • Items damaged through misuse

Refund Processing

Once the item arrives at our facility and passes inspection, refunds take 3–7 business days to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged/defective.
  • For damaged items, we cover all costs.
